The Artists Image at Craig Krull Gallery will focus on one aspect of McMillans artistic practice, his photographic portraiture of artists. This exhibition demonstrates his inventive techniques at creating a persona rather than a mere likeness. Concurrently, the gallery will present an exhibition of photographs from the 1960s by Dennis Hopper.

Artists Joel Harris and Farideh Azad invite you to join them at the closing reception for drinks, refreshments, and conversation. A canyon resident and full-time artist and father, Harris presents an array of artwork: acrylic paintings, pen and ink drawings, and collage. Farideh Azad, a ceramicist and glass blower, is a six-year veteran of the Gallery. Formally trained in interior design at the University of Minnesota, Azads family settled permanently in the US from Iran just before the Iranian revolution.
