PRC POLICY REGARDING PLAYING OUT OF AGE DIVISION – Spring 2012 T-Ball
1) Division is based on age at League Start Date (spring t-ball is 4/13/12)
2) If birth date is within 2 weeks after League Start Date (spring t-ball 4/13/12—4/27/12) – it is the
parents choice of whether to play up.
3) If birth date is within 3 to 4 weeks after League Start Date (spring t-ball 4/28/12 – 5/11/12) -
parent can request a skills evaluation from Recreation Coordinator (Coordinator’s approval will be
needed in order for request to be approved).
4) If birth date falls after 4 weeks of League Start Date (spring t-ball 5/12/12 and on) child will not be
allowed to play up and parent will not be allowed to request a skills evaluation.
Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport is required at time of registration.
REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE APPROVED ON OR AFTER THE LEAGUE START DATE.
